Thrift, Lodge No 1 at Link House Farm, Newton by the Sea occupies the first floor of one one of the lodges - it offers a double and a twin bedroom with a shared shower room. Thrift is stylish and comfortable, ideal with guests looking for somewhere to stay for a night or two. Please note, Thrift, Lodge 1 does not have a lounge, dining or kitchen area. 

The ground floor of Thrift is a communal area for all Link House Farm properties with games tables, WiFi and SKY TV. The beach and the village of Newton by the Sea are just a short walk away. The Heritage Coast is well known as being great for sailing, fishing and windsurfing. The coastal path boasts some incredible walks for all abilities.

No. 1 Thrift Lodge occupies the first floor of one of the popular properties at Link House Farm Lodge. These fabulous holiday cottages are in one of the best coastal locations - a path leads directly to the beach through the sand dunes of Beadnell Bay.
