At Toowoomba you eat, sunbathe, sleep and wake up inches from the beach. The French call it ‘pieds dans l’eau’ (feet in the water) and there isn’t a house in the Mediterranean closer to the water. Whilst others are getting in their cars and heading through the Riviera traffic for the beach you are already there, before your eyes have opened.
From the main room, French doors lead out onto the veranda jutting right out over the sea, and up above is a stunning large roof terrace (147 square metres) where you can swim in the new pool, sunbathe or simply take in the wonderful view over the sea to St Tropez.

The main room features an open kitchen, breakfast bar and lounge area with leather seating. You walk through big French doors and onto the veranda that juts out into the sea.
Above you there is a spacious, private roof terrace with dazzling views. You can lie in the sun or the shade gazing out to the sea and watch the ferries go back and forth to St Tropez. There are sunbeds and parasols on the roof terrace beside the pool, plus a dining table and chairs. There is also a BBQ on the terrace, steps down to the beach and an outdoor shower.

The house accomodates 8 adult guests in great comfort, but offers the flexibility by using the pull-outs/quad loft beds to sleep up to 12, if they are children or the occasional overnight guest.

The house is equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine and dryer, WiFi (* it should be noted that WiFi coverage in this area is poor and not 100% reliable) , BQ and outdoor shower. Both the veranda and the roof terrace have outdoor dining tables, and there are parasols and sunbeds on the roof terrace.
The kitchen area is equipped with two dishwashers, a cooker and American fridge/freezer. The lounge area comes with TV, DVD, CD player, and Ipod docking station.
The property also provides a cot, high chair, iron and ironing board and room fans.
Bathroom towels and linen can be booked for an additional £18 per person (beds made up). Beach towels are provided. Please note in special requirements if you would like to hire linen & towels and specify which beds are to be made up. End of stay cleaning is £250 and this will be added to your final invoice.
Security Deposit - We require to collect a security deposit of £500, 14 days prior to arrival. This will be refunded 7 days after departure. Any breakages/damages will be deducted.
Les Issambres is a lovely little town that offers a great butcher, numerous bakers, supermarket and even the weekly market is less than 300 yards away. There are also local tennis courts next to the sea.
At St Maxime, which is a couple of miles down the road there is a beautiful marina, a great 18 hole golf course and many wonderful restaurants, both formal and informal.
Another 6 miles down the road and round the bay is St Tropez. You might think about driving there but only briefly before you realize that there is a ferry from the harbour 300 yards away which leaves every few hours for St Tropez.
If you are feeling flush you can hire a car and drive through the Var, perhaps to the stunning Gorges de Verdon or maybe just a little vineyard in the hills.
Other nearby attractions include Aqualand Water Park in the towns of Ste Maxime, Port Grimaud and St Raphael.
Local activities available include water sports, golf, tennis, river kayaking, jet skiing and many others.
