Seb's Sea House, formerly known as Eridon Cottage, is a traditional fisherman’s cottage with a stylish and well finished modern interior. The cottage is in the popular quieter part of Seahouses and just a ten minute stroll to the harbour. Seahouses’ pristine beach is also within easy walking distance down the ‘Milennium Way’ footpath. The large garden to the rear of the property is partially closed and has a decked area and outdoor furniture for you to enjoy al fresco dining. There is off street parking for two cars should you need it. Seb's Sea House is beautifully appointed, and its spacious interior contains all the modern facilities that you could need for your holiday.
A spacious lounge with a wood burning stove, large flat-screen TV, DVD player, hi-fi and an iPod docking station is a cosy place to enjoy in the evening. The kitchen comes well equipped with everything you need and there's a utility room with washing machine and a belfast sink. The dining room comfortably seats 6 - 8 and has a wood burning stove, ideal for entertaining. The lounge and dining room both have original exposed beams adding a really impressive feature to the home. A ground floor shower room is also on this floor and has a large walk in shower and heated towel rail.
There are three bedrooms on the first floor with the first being large and airy with a double bed,en-suite with bath only, a flatscreen TV, and iPod docking station. The second bedroom boasts a king size bed, flatscreen TV, and iPod docking station. The third bedroom is a twin room and recommended only for those under 6 feet, due to the sloping ceiling, with stunning views out to the Cheviot Hills and surrounding farmland.

Seb's Sea house welcomes pets and the fees are £25 per dog. Dogs are not allowed upstairs, on the furniture or left unattended.
